Back in 2021, my water heater went out and B & B (Kurt) came in a timely manner to get me fixed up with a new water heater. Kurt worked hard in getting me set up. The price was right and the service prompt and well done. I've recommended B & B to my friends and to those looking for plumbing services on Nextdoor. If another plumbing situation arises, they'll be the one I'll call.

Brian and his guys were great. They showed up on time and on schedule. They fixed all the previous owners horrible plumbing issues that were covered up. They also were great at communication on when there were problems. Definitely will use again.

Brian and his team helped redesign and complete our basement plumbing that was only partly stubbed from our builder. They were courteous, clean, timely, and fair in price. I would highly recommend B&B Plumbing and will be continuing to use them in the future.

I got a new fridge from NFM, and they told me I needed to run a new line and add a shut off valve to install it. Kurt was able to not only be at my house in 2 hours, he also hooked up my new fridge with no new valve needed!!!!!! Such a life saver!!!

I am happy to say that my experiences with B&B Plumbing Services have been nothing but amazing. We were having problems with our water heater, and another plumbing company made everything worse. Kurt came and assessed the situation, called the manufacturer and spent a full hour on the phone talking to them, got the approval for the replacement under warranty, went to two Lowes because they didn’t want to take the old water heater back even though we had the authorization number, he dealt with their poor management and spent 3 HOURS talking to people, and finally got us the new water heater. He charged us only for the installation, even though he spent the whole day (from 9:15am to 4pm) working with us. I am extremely grateful for their business, and we’ll keep calling them for any other plumbing service we need. They care about the customers before caring about anything else, and that is not common these days.
